Brandon easton, B.A., J.D.

Brandon began practicing as a lawyer in British Columbia in 2009 with a family law firm in Surrey. He obtained his Law Degree from the University of British Columbia in 2008 and was called to both the Alberta Bar and British Columbia Bar in 2009. Brandon is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia and Law Society of Alberta.

Brandon has been practicing in all areas of Family Law since 2008 in both the Supreme Court and Provincial Court levels. These areas of family law include but are not limited to divorce, custody, guardianship, parenting time, parenting responsibilities, access, child support, spousal support, protection orders, property division and child protection.

Brandon has had success in the areas of mediation and negotiation and strives to meet the needs of his clients in a cost effective manner. Brandon also reserves a portion of his practice for Civil Litigation at the Supreme Court level.

Brandon resides in Surrey with his family. When Brandon is not practicing law, he enjoys outdoor activities with his children including snowboarding, golfing and biking as well as travelling with his family.
