Gulwinder Dale, B.A., J.D.

Dale obtained his Bachelor of Arts (Criminology) from Simon Fraser University in 2012, and his Juris Doctor (JD) from Bond University in 2014.  In 2015, Dale obtained articles with a law firm that primarily practiced family law.   Dale was called to the bar in British Columbia in January 2016, which is also when he joined Grandview Law Group LLP as an associate.

Dale has primarily practiced in the area of family law and is well-versed in issues surrounding family law disputes.  His goal is to always provide clients with reasonable advice that is based on the latest case law and to ensure that his clients’ rights are vigorously protected throughout the course of any legal proceedings.

During initial consultations, Dale’s knowledge of the case law and practical experience allow him to readily provide advice to his clients and develop a strategy that is tailored to their particular needs.  In addition, Dale ensures that his advice and strategy is cost-effective and beneficial to his clients in all aspects.  Dale also appreciates that clients have busy schedules and you can often find him working weekends and late evenings to accommodate his clientele, which includes meeting clients outside of regular business hours.

Dale possesses strong advocacy and negotiation skills which allow him to effectively advocate for his clients in court and successfully resolve matters through negotiation/mediation when it is in his clients’ best interests.  Dale has successfully represented clients in both the Provincial Court of British Columbia and the Supreme Court of British Columbia and has been involved in several complex and high net worth family law cases.  His experience includes, but is not limited to, dealing with divorce, separation, parenting time/guardianship, spousal/child support, and complex financial and property issues that arise during family law disputes.

When Dale is not working, he enjoys playing sports and spending time with both his friends and family.  Dale is also known to be an avid fan of the Kansas City Chiefs and the Sacramento Kings.
