Rupinder Khunkhun, B.Sc., J.D.

Rupinder is a Partner at Grandview Law Group LLP. She practices in the areas of Family Law. Rupinder obtained her Bachelor of Science (Biology) from the University of British Columbia in  1999, and her Juris Doctor (JD) also from the University of British  Columbia in 2004. She was called to the bar in British Columbia in May 2005.

After being called to the bar, Rupinder practiced at a boutique family law firm before opening Grandview Law Group LLP in 2012. She has widespread experience in all matters of family law. She has extensive trial and court experience in a wide variety of matters, including divorce settlements, business valuations, prenuptial agreements, estate  litigation, parenting time and guardianship issues, adoptions, and mobility rights, annulment, and arbitration.

Furthermore, Rupinder has experience with all levels of British Columbia courts, including the BC Provincial Court, BC Supreme Court, and the BC Court of Appeal.

While Rupinder has extensive court experience, she understands the amount of work that goes into resolving conflicts as efficiently as possible, she also has a certification as a Family Law Mediator, and can assist clients in resolving issues through  negotiation, or alternative dispute resolutions.

In her spare time, Rupinder enjoys traveling, running (when not injured) and spending time with her young family as well as friends.
