Dale obtained his Bachelor of Arts (Criminology) from Simon Fraser University in 2012, and his Juris Doctor (JD) from Bond University in 2014. Dale was called to the bar in British Columbia in January 2016, which is also when he joined Grandview Law Group LLP as an associate.
Dale has primarily practiced in the area of family law and is well-versed in issues surrounding family law disputes. Dale has expanded his practice to include civil litigation, as well as wills and estates litigation. His goal is to always provide clients with knowledgeable advice that is based on the most recent jurisprudence and to ensure that his clients’ rights are vigorously protected throughout the course of any legal proceedings.
Dale possesses strong advocacy and negotiation skills which allow him to effectively advocate for his clients in court when it is required and to successfully resolve matters outside of the court when it is in his clients’ best interests. Dale has successfully represented clients in both the Provincial Court of British Columbia and the Supreme Court of British Columbia.
His experience includes, but is not limited to, dealing with divorce, separation, custody/guardianship, spousal/child support, complex financial and property issues that arise during family law disputes, arbitration, various civil matters, and wills variation.
When Dale is not working, he enjoys playing sports and spending time with both his friends and family. Dale is also known to be an avid fan of the Kansas City Chiefs and the Sacramento Kings.
